Secure Cloud Migration Programme

The client operated a legacy on-premise infrastructure estate that had become increasingly difficult to scale, secure and maintain. Uptime requirements were stringent, regulatory obligations demanded auditable controls, and any migration would need to occur without disrupting live transactional systems.

Broly Official architected a secure cloud target environment, designed a phased migration roadmap that prioritised low-risk workloads first, and implemented a parallel-run cutover strategy. Security controls were engineered into the target environment from the outset, with monitoring, logging and compliance reporting configured before any production traffic was moved.

The migration was completed with zero unplanned downtime. The client now operates on a scalable, secure cloud environment with improved observability and a clear foundation for future growth.
